It is possible to order products from the Naili online store 24 hours a day.

Payment for the products shall be made by bank transfer, after which we will post the package according to your wishes using either Omniva or SmartPOST postal service.

We do not issue paper invoices, invoices will be sent as a .pdf file by e-mail.

NB! Before posting, all products are always visually inspected for visible damage to the packaging.

  • Click “Add to cart”
  • Once the appropriate products have been selected, you will find the shopping cart in the upper right corner

MAKE A PURCHASE

  • Place an order in the shopping cart
  • Order as a guest or as a registered user
  • Select the appropriate Omniva or SmartPost parcel station
  • Make a bank transfer using the Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor or LHV bank link
  • If your bank link is missing, simply pay by transfer to our bank account and indicate your order number in the transfer.
  • Postage is free for orders from 50 euros

THE PARCEL IS WAITING FOR YOU

  • After receiving the bank transfer to our account, we will post your parcel within 1-3 working days.
  • Upon arrival of the parcel at the parcel station, an SMS will be sent to the telephone number indicated by you.
  • The parcel must be picked up within 7 days.

ATTENTION!

  • Before making a purchase, be sure to enter all the products in the desired quantity.
  • All information fields must be filled in with correct data – the safe delivery of the order and goods to you depends on this.
  • Please note that the colour of the products on the computer screen may differ from the original.
  • The precondition for fulfilling all orders is the receipt of the payment to the bank account of Naili OÜ

POSTING

OMNIVA PARCEL STATION

The cost of sending the parcel to the Omniva parcel station is 3.00 euros. For orders from 50 euros, we will post parcels free of charge.

The parcel will arrive within about 3-7 working days after posting. When the parcel arrives, you will be notified by SMS about the arrival of the parcel.

SMARTPOST

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

If you want to cancel the order, please write us an e-mail about the ordered goods, be sure to include your details and order number.

Cancellation of the order is possible only if we have not posted the goods yet.

RETURN OF GOODS

If our product does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately by e-mail.

We will buy the goods back, provided that the goods are in the original packaging, unused and correct. We will return the money to the customer’s bank account within a week from the receipt of the goods.

The customer pays the transport costs related to the return of the goods, unless the goods do not correspond to the product in the customer’s order (wrong product).
